To perform an entry on a general shipment, the basic Customs broker document requirements are:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading/Air Waybill

Certain Shipments require other documentation, such as:

Blue Fin Tuna

• Blue Fin ICAT
• NOAA Form 370
• Other information on importing tuna
• International Trade Permit for Seafood Products

Any Tuna that is not fresh, whole tuna

Shrimp

• DS2031 Shrimp Exporter/Importer Documentation

Swordfish

• ICCAT Swordfish Statistical Document
• Other information on importing Swordfish

Beef, Lamb, Pork, and Chicken

• Health certificates from country of origin

Chilean Sea Bass (Patagonian Toothfish)

• Dissostichus Catch Document
• NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Permit to Import and Re-Export Antarctic Marine Living Resources

Live Plants

• Phyto Sanitary Certificate from country of origin
• USDA Import Permit - Apply for an e-authentication account, then apply for the USDA Permit 587 to Import Plant or Plant Products.

Endangered Plants

• Cites Permit

Fruits and Vegtables

• Phyto Sanitary Certificate from country of origin
• USDA Import Permit - Apply for an e-authentication account, then apply for the USDA Permit 587 to Import Plant or Plant Products.
