We have been experiencing some ISF holds caused by incorrect or incomplete bill of lading information provided to us on the 10+2 form.

It is crucial that your shipper provide the correct and complete Bill of Lading number for each shipment on the 10+2.  If you ship with a consolidator, the 10+2 needs to show the AMS House Bill of Lading number in addition to the Master Bill of Lading number.

Also, we strongly urge all our importers to provide your shipping documents to us early so any discrepancies can be caught prior to the vessel arrival and any potential ISF holds on the freight can be dealt with before the free time begins.
