New FDA Import Alert for Milk Products from China

Please be informed about the new FOOD and DRUG Import Alert#99-30, which will automatically detain shipments of milk based products. The importer will need to submit a 3rd party private lab analysis proving NO Melamine and/or Melamine analogs are found in order to have their shipments released.
