Updated: Seafood Import Monitoring Program (SIMP) : Informed Compliance

Effective Date : January 1st, 2018 The requirements and regulations under Seafood Import Monitoring Program (SIMP) must now be electronically submitted in ACE via Automated Broker Interface (ABI). National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) will initially adopt an “Informed Compliance” approach.
