Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Eligibility under Presidential Proclamation 9813

President Trump issued Presidential Proclamation 9813 on October 30, 2018 which implements changes to the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) by removing the eligibility of certain goods for preferential duty treatment. Harmonized Tariff Schedule has also been updated. The Proclamation went into effect on November 1, 2018.
