GSP Update: Turkey


Effective May 17, 2019, the designation of Turkey as a beneficiary developing country is terminated in accordance to Presidential Proclamation issued yesterday.

If you are importing from Turkey, you will no longer be eligible for the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and will now be subject to cpplicable duty rates to U.S. CBP.
