Section 301 Tariff List 3 of Additional Duties from China

Beginning September 24, 2018, an additional 10% tariff will be imposed on 5,745 tariff lines from China and most Chinese seafood are included.

On January 1, 2019, the tariffs will increase to 25% as announced by United States Trade Representative (USTR).
