President Trump announced on Twitter this morning that the December 15, 2019 imposition of additional 15% tariff on “List 4B” will be averted. The decision was made following the agreement on China Trade Deal. The negotiations will begin immediately. There is no Federal Register Notice action as of yet.
Flegenheimer will continue to monitor and update the trade.
